Dakota Metal Solutions was founded with a clear goal: build a fabrication shop designed for modern manufacturing.

From the beginning, the focus has been on combining advanced equipment with efficient production processes. As the facility grew, new technologies; including high-powered lasers, CNC machining, robotic welding, and automated forming, were added to support scalable OEM manufacturing.

Today, Dakota Metal Solutions operates as a production-focused facility built to deliver consistent results for manufacturers across the Midwest.

Dakota Metal Solutions operates a purpose-built manufacturing facility designed to support modern fabrication workflows.

​

Our equipment processes materials up to 5 feet by 10 feet and thicknesses ranging from 28 gauge to 1 inch, allowing us to support both structural components and precision-machined parts.

​

Advanced laser systems, CNC machining centers, press brake forming equipment, robotic welding cells, and automated finishing systems work together to create a complete production platform for OEM manufacturing.
